FIGHT OVERVIEW
  • This is a two phase fight, one with bouncing ball back and forth, and then an high damage phase.

Heroic Changes
  • On heroic difficulty, 3 types of adds spawns during the Black Blood phase.

Ping Pong Phase

Split your melee players and your range player in two groups standing apart.


Soak and bounce the Void Diffusion "ball" between the groups.

Void Diffusion
Raid Mechanic

When the Ball (Void of the Unmaking) touches a player, it bounces in the opposite direction, dealing large damage split between players hit.


It also gains a stack of Void Diffusion, dealing 20% increased damage on next hit, as well as making Zon'ozz take 5% increased damage (per stack) in the intermission.


If the Ball hits Zon'ozz, it forces him to phase, starting the intermission and resetting his stacks of Focused Anger.

Dispel Mechanic

A DoT cast on random players dealing shadow damage, does a knockback when dispelled.


In HC this deals AoE damage and knockbacks everyone within 10 yards.

Stacking Debuff

Stacking debuff on the boss, applies a stack every 6 seconds increasing his attack speed and damage done by 10%.


Hit Zon'ozz with the ball to force intermission and reset his stacks.

Raid Mechanic

If the Ball (Void of the Unmaking) hits the wall, it explodes, dealing high damage to the entire raid and knocking them up.

Intermission starts when Zon'ozz is hit by the "ball".


This is a high damage phase, stack up and heal through.


In heroic difficulty, adds will spawn during this phase.
