Fight in 3 phases. P1 ends when Sarkareth casts Glittering Surge for the second time. P2 ends at 4min or when he drops to 40% HP.
In P1, Sarkareth applies a debuff on the raid. Players need to get hit by his breath or beam to clear it before he recasts Glittering Surge.
At the start of P2, Sarkareth sends everyone in the Emptiness Between Stars, a different phase. Everyone needs to soak the circles to come back within 20s or he wipes the raid.
In P2 and P3, getting hit by most abilities grants stacks of Oblivion. If you reach 10, you're sent back in the Emptiness Between Stars.
In P2 and P3, players need to soak bombs and get sent to the Emptiness to explode there and not kill the raid.
In P2, dodge the boss' big breaths and kill the adds.
In P3, dodge the boss' massive crash on the platform, the asteroids and the ghosts. Hide behind an asteroid to survive the boss' Supernova.
In P3, destroy the asteroids with a bomb applied on a player that must be soaked to split the damage.
EVERYONE
RAID IS PUSHBACKED AND EVERYONE
IS DEBUFFED. CLEAR DEBUFF BY
GETTING HIT BY BREATH OR BEAM.
At the start of P1, Sarkareth casts a howl, deals damage and slightly knocks players back.
It also applies the Echoing Howl debuff to everyone. Players need to be hit by either Mass Disintegrate or Searing Breath to remove it.
Dispelling Echoing Howl deals a small burst of damage to the raid. Don't get dispelled all at the same time.
If players still have the debuff when the boss casts Glittering Surge, they die.

GET HIT BY BREATH TO REMOVE

Regularly, the boss casts a breath in a cone towards a random player that applies a stackable but dispellable DoT. The breath hits 3 times.
Getting hit by a tick of the breath dispells Echoing Howl. Players who get dispelled take a DoT until the end of P1.
If you don't need to dispel Echoing Howl, dodge.

GET HIT BY BEAM TO REMOVE
ECHOING HOWL DEBUFF.

Regularly, the boss summons a ghost that casts beams towards a player that hits everyone in their trajectories.
Getting hit by a beam dispells Echoing Howl. Players who get dispelled are slowed and get a DoT for the rest of P1.
If you don't need to dispel Echoing Howl, dodge.
EVERYONE
HEAVY RAID DAMAGE.
PLAYERS STILL WITH HOWL
DEBUFF WILL DIE.
At the beginning and the end of P1, Sarkareth casts casts a 8s channel on the raid. It deals heavy damage.
Any player who still has the Howl debuff at the end of P1 gets stunned for 12s and takes lethal damage.

BAIT THE BOMBS AND
QUICKLY MOVE OUT.
HEAVY RAID DAMAGE.
Regularly, Sarkareth spawns 2 bombs near players. They deal heavy pulsing damage to nearby players.
After 12s they explode, dealing heavy damage and applying a DoT to the raid. They also leave fire patches that grow and only disappear in P2.
Stay grouped up to bait the bombs at the same location, ideally starting with the sides of the platform.
At the start of P2, Sarkareth sends everyone in the Emptiness Between Stars, a different phase. Collect your soul by soaking the circles to come back.
In P2 and P3, getting hit by most abilities applies stacks of Oblivion.
When you reach 10 stacks of that DoT you're sent into the Emptiness for 20s. Collect buffs and your soul to come back to the fight or die.

GETTING HIT BY ABILITIES GIVES

In P2 and P3, getting hit by most shadow abilities gives you a 25s stacking DoT.
If you reach 10 stacks, you're sent into the Emptiness, a different dimension, and you have 20s to collect your soul and return to the fight, or you die.
You can also collect orbs to stack a haste and speed buff, up to 10 stacks.
After the second Glittering Surge, P2 starts. The boss sends all the players in the Emptiness Between Stars world mentioned above, you have maximum 20 seconds to exit.
Sarkareth spawns new bombs that must be soaked ASAP by a player. Then, this player needs to get sent to the Emptiness to explode there.
Dodge Sarkareth' breath, get out of the Desolate Blossoms and kill the adds.
EVERYONE

AND THEN GET SENT TO THE

EVOKER LIKE BREATH.
DODGE IT AND KILL
THE ADDS THAT SPAWN.
The boss flies to a targeted location with a big dragon breath, knocking back and inflicting heavy damage to players hit. Also applies Oblivion stack.
Leaves behind Null Glimmer adds that must be interrupted and killed. Feel free to use CCs (stun, silences, etc) here.
EVERYONE
GO IN A BLOSSOM IF YOU HAVE
THE VOID BOMB. OTHERWISE
STAY AWAY, THEY STACK OBLIVION.
When Sarkareth drops to 40% HP or 4min into the fight, P3 starts.
Play the bombs just like in P2. Dodge Sarkareth' massive crash on the platform, the falling asteroids and the ghosts.
Destroy the asteroids with the bomb applied on a player. Hide behind an asteroid when Sarkareth casts his Supernova.
The tank buster ability is now a cleave. If any non-tank player is hit by it, it will kill the raid.

The boss disappears and comes crashing on the platform. Players hit take lethal damages and are knocked back.
Causes several asteroids to fall on the platform near players. Also summons similar adds than in P2.
Asteroids deal damage to nearby players and apply Oblivion stacks. Hide behind them to survive the supernova presented just below.

HIDE BEHIND A ROCK TO
BREAK LINE OF SIGHT WITH
THE PORTAL AND SURVIVE.
The boss casts a massive explosion that kills anyone within line of sight of a summoned portal.
Hide behind an asteroid left by Cosmic Ascension to survive. Each active asteroid then deals a burst of damage to the raid. Too many asteroids will wipe you.
There are lines behind asteroids that show where it's safe. Don't stand in the puddles surrounding them.
EVERYONE
HELP SOAK THE BOMB ON THE
PLAYER. PLACE BOMB NEAR ASTEROIDS.
MOVE AWAY AFTER SOAKING.
The boss puts a bomb on a player that explodes after 8s. Players must help soak it to split the damage. Also applies Oblivion stacks.
The explosion leaves a blackhole that destroys nearby asteroids. Try to destroy as many as possible while keeping a few to hide from the supernova.
Then the blackhole explodes and kills nearby players.
EVERYONE
IF TARGETTED, MOVE AWAY
FROM THE GROUPS. DON'T
STAND IN GHOST'S PATHS.
Sarkareth targets a few players, a few seconds later, flying ghosts cross the platform towards them, dealing heavy damage on their path and applying Oblivion stacks.
Players targetted need to move away from the group. Ghosts spawn from portals on the edges with an arrow to show their direction.

DODGE THE SWIRLIES
Tank buster ability CLEAVE, heavy on hit damage with a stackable 21s DoT and a 25% healing reduction.
If anyone else but the current tank is also hit, it will most likely kill the raid.
Upon expiration, the tank explode, inflicting 40% of the damage taken from the DoT. The tank must explode in the Void Between Stars.
After each Cosmic Ascension, the boss gains a stackable 10% damage done buff.
Tank buster ability CLEAVE, heavy on hit damage with a stackable 21s DoT and a 25% healing reduction.
If anyone else but the current tank is also hit, it will most likely kill the raid.

A general WeakAura pack that provides "icon" style mechanics/debuff as well as short descriptions for each. Pretty standard. We also recommend downloading Causese Sound addon to hear vocal announcements. Feel free to thank the amazing Causese here (sorry, no Twitter that I know of...).
Another must have by Causese if you play or are planning to play tank. It informs you when to taunt, and how your co-tank is doing with their mechanics.
Make sure to checkout the Causese Sound addon to also pair it with appropriate sound announcements.
