Phase 1: lasts 3 minutes (4 min 10s in HC), Alysrazor mostly in the air, but sometimes flies through doing Blazing Claw and dropping feathers.
Phase 2: 30 seconds long, avoid Alysrazors abilities on the ground
Phase 3: After P2, Alysrazor crashes in the middle of the arena, gaining an energy bar called Molten Power. When this reaches 50, P3 ends.
Phase 4: When she reaches 50 Molten Power, she starts flying again until she reaches 100 (and restarts Phase 1).

Most of the mechanics of this fight are during phase 1.
Split your raid and set up a flying team to damage the boss while she flies.
And another team will deal with the adds on the ground.

IF ASSIGNED
Alysrazor starts the fight by flying through the room, knocking players back and dealing ticking raid damage for 10 seconds.
Alysrazor drops Molten Feathers on the ground, picking up 3 feathers give you the Wings of Flame buff allowing you to fly.

AND AVOID THE DAMAGING ONES
Alysrazor creates rings of fire in the air which lasts 3 seconds. Flying through these give players 8% haste, stacking up to 25. This also refreshes the duration of Wings of Flame.
If a player gains 25 stacks of Blazing Power, they gain Alysra's Razor, increasing their critical strike chance by 75% for 40 seconds.
Alysrazor also summons clouds in the air, dealing high damage to player hit.
Fly as a group through Blazing Power rings and avoid the Incendiary Cloud.

Every so often the Voracious Hatchling becomes Hungry, causing them to have a 20% chance on hit to cast Tantrum.
Tantrum increases the Hatchling damage done and haste by 50%.
To prevent this, Hatchlings gain Satiated when they're fed Plump Lava Worms. When Satiated, the Hatchlings don't use Tantrum. This lasts 10s.

Every 25s, 2 Blazing Talon lnitiates land in the area, they summon balls of fire that move in a straight line.
This cannot be interrupted but you can stun them to prevent it.
In between they also cast Fieroblast dealing high damage and buffing them if not interrupted.

THE METEOR
Molten Meteors lan in the center of the arena, dealing damage to players hit. They start rolling towards the edge of the arena and must be killed before reaching it.
They deal massive damage in melee range, so ranged focus them down. Use for cover for Firestorm.

Alysrazor covers the entire arena in a fiery wind, affecting anyone in her line of sight.
The whole raid, even the group flying, have to hide behind a meteor to avoid death.
Sometimes Alzysrazor flies through the area, she deals damage to any players in her path and drops feathers on the ground.
Blazing Talon Initiate casts a fiery boulder at a random target, dealing high damage if not interrupted.
It also buff them with a 10% damage increase and a 10% spell casting speed.
This has to be interrupted.
Hatchlings cleave in front of them, causing a bleed for one minute, or until the targets health fall below 50%.
Don't stand in front of them and watch out when there are moved to Lava Worm.

A massive vortex appears in the middle of the arena, dealing lethal damage to players within 15 yards.
The vortex spawns tornadoes, which moves rapidly around the room and deal high damage to players.
While the vortex is active, Harsh Winds prevents players to run far away from the vortex, dealing damage to anyone more than 60 yards of the vortex.
After 30 seconds of dodging tornadoes, Alysrazor crashes in the center of the area.
The boss is exhausted and takes 50% increased damage.

AND REGEN MANA
Once Alysrazor Molten Power reaches 50%, Phase 4 begins.
The boss now regains Molten Power faster and explode when she reaches full power.
If the boss isn't dead yet, Phase 1 starts again.
HEALERS
HEAL THROUGH
THE DAMAGE
Alysrazor gain the Ignited buff, restoring 2 Molten Power every second, while Ignited she deals fire damage to all players every second.
It also means this phase will last 25s before she reaches Full Power.
Full Power deals damage to all players, knocks them back and marks the restart of Phase 1.
