The fight only has one phase.
The hardest part of the fight is to properly setup the pull and live the first adds.
You raid will need the capacity to counter an AoE fear in order to interrupt the boss.

Start the fight out of line of sight to attract the boss and its adds in a corner and deal with them there. The beginning is the hardest part of the fight.

All players are fear for 3 seconds. She will quickly follow up with Sentinel Blast that must be interrupted while players are feared.
Either use a tremor totem or a fear ward into Mass Dispel to counter the fear and be able to kick.

The fight starts with several adds present, inflicting massive damage to your tanks.
About a minute in, a Feral Defender add spawns. Each time you kill it, it loses a stack of its 50% damage increase buff to revive. After killing it 2 or 3 times, you can focus on the boss.
Focus the adds first at the pull, they are the most lethal part of the fight.
Interruptable cast that inflicts massive damage and a vulnerability, cast after Terrifying Screech. Counter the fear effect to kick it.
A heavy hitting attack leaving a nasty DoT on the tank. The damage is heavily increase by Strength of the Pack on pull.
10 small adds spawn that will focus a player. Kill them quickly.
A 9 stacks buff that increase the damage of the add by 50% per stack.
Each time the add dies, it looses a stack in order to revive.
