This fight has only 1 phase.
You fight the 3 bosses at the same time but you can only damage one of them.
In order to deal damage to a Prince, they have to be empowered by a Darkfallen Orb, also greatly increasing their signature ability.
Every so often the Darkfallen Orb goes on another prince.

Valanar has abilities which knockback. You should have assigned position for his Empowered Shock Vortex.

Valanar summons Falling Orbs in random locations in the room. They fall over time. hit them to send them back up.
If the orb touches the ground, it deals a lot of physical damage and inflicts a large knockback to all players.
Assign players beforehands to manage the orbs. Classes with pets are great as they can send them to attack the orb.

Valanar frequently creates an AoE dealing damage and knocking back anyone in range.

When Valanar is empowered by the darkfallen orb, each player pulses a shock vortex around them, dealing damage and bumping anyone within 12 yards.
Assign positions to reduce any avoidable damage. Especially for melee players.
Prince Taldaram empowered ability deals deadly damage, run to shrink the ball to reduce its damage.

When Prince Taldaram is empowered by the darkfallen orb, the size and the damage of the ball is greatly increased.
The ball decrease in size and damage when passing through players, also dealing AoE damage to anyone near it.
Melee should stand between the boss and the casters to instantly shrink the ball.
Caster should be packed to shrink the ball even more and the targeted player has to run out to avoid AoE damage of the impact.
Keleseth is the caster of the blood prince council. He can be tanked by a ranged player. Warlocks are usually chosen for the task.

TAKE AGGRO ON
THE DARK NUCLEUS
WHEN TANKING KELESETH.
Keleseth summons Dark Nucleus in the room. They don't have a a proper threat table and instead fixate the last person who dealt damage to them. While fixated, they inflict 1% HP in damage each second.
They also give a buff to their target, decreasing their shadow damage taken. This effects stacks. The player assigned to tank Keleseth must use that buff to survive the boss' damage.
The boss casts a shadow bolt dealing heavy damage.
This shouldn't be an issue with the nucleus damage reduction buff.
When Keleseth his empowered by the darkfallen orb, his shadow lance deals lethal damage if the target player doesn't have multiple nucleus stacks on them reducing the damage.
Make sure to constantly take aggro on nucleus while Keleseth is alive.
The boss casts a shadow bolt dealing heavy damage.
