Strategy Guide

FIGHT OVERVIEW
  • This fight has 3 phases, with Phase 1 & Phase 2 alternating until the boss hits 35% HP.

  • Sindragosa is on the ground during Phase 1 and in the air during Phase 2.

  • Position your raid on the flank of the boss to avoid cleave and tail slam.

  • The boss has two annoying mechanics, a debuff for melee and one for casters.

Phase 1 - Ground

Sindragosa deals ticking frost damage AoE to all the players.

It's recommended for tanks to wear around 255 frost resistance gear.

The frost breath deals a huge amount of damage and frost resistance helps mitigate it.

Explosion Debuff

Every 30s the boss applies a 30s debuff on some casters and healers. When the debuffed player casts a spell, the debuff stacks, and the debuff explodes after 5s without casting.

It deals damage depending on the number of stacks, so avoid going above 3-5 stacks.

AoE

The boss marks a few random players and encases them in ice after 7s, dealing 8% of their health every second.

This also hits other players within 10 yards, so stay away from marked players.

The Ice Tombs are used to get out of LoS of the lethal Frost Bomb cast by Sindragosa. Targeted players should spread in a line. (Stack 2 - 2 - 2 on 25m)

Avoid the Frost Bombs, or you will die. After 4 Frost Bombs, Sindragosa returns to the ground. Kill the ice tomb to free the players.

Phase 3 - Ground

At 35% HP P3 begins. She will no longer fly away.

Sindragosa has the same abilities as P1 and also gains Mystic Buffet and Ice Tomb.

Players should LoS whenever they reach ~3 stacks of the debuff.
