Kill adds and drive their bikes into the boss enough times to enter Phase 2.
CC and interrupt adds to extend the duration of the damage amp phase.
Oil Slicks are now left behind. Oil makes bikes crash!
Soak circles appear when biker adds die.
Additional adds spawn in Phase 2 which need to be kept crowd controlled away from the other adds.

Bait the bikers close to the boss to AoE them down.
Use their bikes to remove the boss' plates before he wipes the raid.

Use the button to launch bike at the boss and remove a Plating stack.

When a bike hits a wall or the boss, it creates small explosions.

SOAK AND REFUEL
Bikes need refueled on Mythic difficulty before you can crash them into the boss.
When bikers die, they create soak circles. Soaking debuff players, causing them to take 100% damage from future soaks for 1min.
Players who have soaked can walk near a bike to refuel it.

Spew Oil will now drop an Oil Slick. The boss also drops oil under itself after his Tank Buster ability.
Oil Slicks make bikers slip and crash, stunning them.

Targeted players drop fire circles at their feet, following the player for a short time.
Touching oil with a fire circle lights the oil on fire, causing it to disappear.
Run over the oil if you need space in the room.
Vexie's tank has stacks of Plating protecting it. Stacks will be removed with a Bike Crash mechanic.
Removing all stacks triggers the Phase 2 and causes a 100% damage amp for a short time.
If the boss reaches 100 energy before plate breaks, it starts pulsing massive damage and most likely wipe the raid.

The boss breaks down when all plating is removed, increasing damage taken by 100%.
During this time, the boss pulses raidwide rot damage and the engine backfires sending fire swirlies in the room.

The Geargrinder repairs its plating over 45s and summons adds.
Pit Mechanics channel repairs on the boss, shortening the damage amp phase.
Interrupt and crowd control them while killing them.
Support Rig adds make all Pit Mechanics within 15yd immune to crowd control.
Keep Support Rigs away with roots, traps, knockbacks, etc.
