The fight has 3 phases.
During the fight some mechanics lower your sanity. This is a new resource that you must keep above 0 to avoid being MC'd.
Before fighting Yogg-saron, you can choose to talk to the defeated Keepers to help you throughout the fight.
Accepting the help of less Keepers or none of them make the fight way harder.
Each keeper if active gives you a permanent buff and has a special ability that will help you in the fight.
A zone restoring your sanity to full and reducing damage taken by 50% while standing in it.
A cheat death on a random player when a death would happen. Puts the player in an ice block for 10 seconds.

Never get MC'ed. If anyone gets MC'ed, focus them down quickly.
An interruptible shadow bolt that also applies a 25% healing done debuff for 10 seconds.

You have 1 minute after the portal spawn to kill all the Influence Tentacle inside the world the portal lead you to, opening a way to Yogg-Saron's brain.
Inflict as much damage as you can to the brain, if you make it to 30%, you enter Phase 3.
At the end of the Induce Madness cast, any player still in the Brain Room is mind controlled. Take the portal before that to exit!
Zaps any player facing them, inflicting damage and removing 2% of their sanity every second.

Buff will always focus the adds with the lowest health.

The higher in health an add is, the more damage it deals. Adds spawn with 9 stacks and will drop 1 stack every 10% of his health removed.
You might want to use defensives when a new add joins the fight since it will hit harder for a while.
